Hardware Assembly

A Hardware Assembly is a modular type of computer, it can be assembled using hardware components made by different manufacturers, so as to have a custom built computer according to one's specific needs.

Here’s a basic rundown of Hardware Assembly:

  • Remove Side Panels on Case
  • Insert Motherboard
  • Install Power Supply
  • Installing Optical Drive
  • Installing the Hard Drives

Troubleshooting

A troubleshooting is the process or identifying and fixing problems. Computer troubleshooting may involve hardware or software and can sometimes involve both at the same time. The basic process of troubleshooting is to check the most general possible problems first, and then gradually check for more specific problems.

Here’s a basic rundown of Troubleshooting:

  • Solution Optical Drive
  • Update Windows
  • Check your available free space
  • Uninstall old, unused programs
  • Clean up your startup sequence
  • Try alternative programs for some of your favorites

System Recovery

To use this method, you need to restart (boot) your computer using the disc or USB flash drive. Insert the Windows 7 installation disc or USB flash drive, or a system repair disc, and then shut down your computer. Restart your computer using the computer's power button.

Os installation is the installing into an empty partition and you can boot an operating system that is supported for the purpose of Setup (Windows Vista or XP), just boot up, insert the DVD and choose Install Now from the resulting dialog box. Basic Networking

A computer network is a set of computers connected together for the purpose of sharing resources. The most common resource shared today is connection to the Internet. Other shared resources can include a printer or a file server.
